Diamond Crystal Salt Co.^™ places great importance on tradition and quality. Our Kosher Salt Flakes are produced in the same facilities our founders used since 1886 and are uniquely crafted to enhance their natural properties. We pay attention to the little things and focus on maintaining the values that generations before us have established.  

The newest additions to the Diamond Crystal Salt Co.^™ family are our Coarse California Sea Salt and Coarse Himalayan Pink Salt. These are available in our refillable grinders and 2lb refill boxes made from 100% recycled paperboard. Our Diamond Crystal Salt Co.^™ Sea Salt is sourced from the San Francisco Bay and is harvested slowly over a multi-year process. Our Himalayan Pink Salt is mined in the Punjab region of Pakistan, and its vibrancy adds a diverse pop of color to any dish.

Diamond Crystal Salt Co.^™ Kosher Salt Flakes stand out from the rest as an additive free product that is produced without any form of mechanical compaction. The carefully crafted crystal shape contributes to the many functions our Salt Flakes offer including seasoning control, strong adherence to food surfaces, and a salty burst when bit into.
