2025 House of Brining

Diamond Crystal Salt Co.® House of Brining welcomed over 350 guests.  

Over 350 guests entered into a spa styled pop-up experience where they explored brining recipes made with Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt. 

Each guest received a turkey brine made with Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt Flakes to take home. Guests chose between The Perfect Thanksgiving Turkey, Spicy Cajun or Citrus and Herb Brine.   

In addition to sending guests home with brine, Diamond Crystal donated $10 per attendee to Food Bank for NYC!

 

 

2024 Keep Austin Salty!

Influencers and BBQ enthusiasts gathered for the Keep Austin Salty event, a celebration of Texas BBQ! BBQ Pitmaster, Melissa Cookston cooked up 6666 Ranch® brisket and steak alongside white cheddar mac and cheese, caramelized onion potato salad, and cabbage salad. It was a great night with delicious food and even better company!
