INGREDIENTS
3 lbs Strawberries
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp
Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt Flakes
1 tsp Vanilla
1.5 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Crushed Graham Crackers for Topping
DIRECTIONS
Wash and prepare strawberries by evenly slicing off the stem and base. Use a small melon baller to hollow the center and place upright.
Beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, kosher salt flakes and vanilla. Set aside.
Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 8-10 minutes)
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well combined. Add to a piping bag.
Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling. Top with crushed graham crackers & enjoy!
