Chopped BLT Bagel Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup cream cheese, softened
4 slices bacon
1 plum tomato, sliced
2-3 leaves iceberg lettuce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ lemon juice, juiced
½ teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 everything bagels, halved

DIRECTIONS

Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer to paper towel lined plate and let drain.
Place cream cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, kosher salt and pepper on large cutting board and chop together until bite-sized pieces remain and ingredients are combined.
Toast bagels and top evenly with chopped bacon mixture. Top with remaining bagel half, slice and serve.
