¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 small heart romaine lettuce
6 slices Genoa salami
6 slices deli pepperoni
6 slices deli ham
6 slices provolone
1 beefsteak tomato
½ small red onion
¼ cup pickled pepperoncini peppers (stemmed)
Diamond Crystal® Coarse California Sea Salt (to taste)
4 sub rolls (split)
Combine mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar and Italian seasoning in large bowl.
Chop lettuce, salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, tomato, red onion and pepperoncini peppers into 1/2-inch pieces and add to bowl with mayonnaise mixture; mix to combine. Season with salt to taste.
Spoon salami mixture into each sub roll. Serve and enjoy!
