1 cup cottage cheese
¼ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Baking Salt
Combine cottage cheese, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract and kosher salt in a food processor or blender. Process or blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and fold in chocolate chips. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Tip: Serve with fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels.
