Dirty Martini Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons gin, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup chopped pimento olives
1 tablespoon Diamond Crystal Salt Co. Kosher Salt, divided
4 pita bread rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup whole pimento olives, for garnish
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine cheddar, sour cream, cream cheese, ¼ cup of gin, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in food processor until smooth.
Add blue cheese, olives and 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and mix until combined. Transfer mixture to serving bowl, cover and refrigerate.
Meanwhile, cut each pita into 8 triangles and spread in an even layer on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of kosher salt. Bake until golden-brown and crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
Combine olives, remaining gin, remaining kosher salt and pepper in small bowl and toss to coat.
Remove dip from refrigerator and garnish dip with parsley and gin-soaked olives. Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
