1 cup Diamond Crystal Salt Co.™ Kosher Salt
¼ cup dried rosemary, dried mushrooms, dried chiles, dried lavender buds, dried lemon peel or ground coffee
Combine salt with desired dried herbs, fruits or coffee in a food processor or blender.
Pulse until well blended and no large clumps remain, about 2-3 minutes. Store in an airtight container and use for up to 3 months.
Use salt blends on pasta, baked goods, popcorn, or as a meat rub.
Tip: Use a mortar and pestle in place of a food processor or blender to combine ingredients!
