4 ripe bananas
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup honey, plus more for serving
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Baking Salt
Vanilla Greek yogurt, for serving

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease loaf pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper sling. Set aside.
Mash 2 bananas with a fork in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add butter, honey, egg and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and baking salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake until golden-brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes.
Cool bread in loaf pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan using parchment sling and let cool completely at room temperature.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cut bread into 1-inch-thick slices. Grill until lightly toasted and char marks appear, about 2 minutes per side.
Serve dolloped with yogurt and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
