Gyro Fries

INGREDIENTS

500 g fries (make your own or store-bought), cooked

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt

1.5 tbsp dried oregano

1.5 cups romaine lettuce shredded

1 large or 2 small tomatoes diced

1 small red onion diced

¼ long English cucumber cubed

1/4 cup Kalamata olives sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

2 tbsp fresh oregano chopped

DIRECTIONS

Cook your premade or homemade fries. Prepare the other toppings while the potatoes cook - make sure to salt the chopped tomatoes!

Once the fries are hot and ready, toss the fries with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and dried oregano and then transfer to a large serving dish.

Add and stack all of the other prepared fry toppings.

Serve immediately with fresh tzatziki and enjoy!
