Homemade Radish Butter Toast

INGREDIENTS

½ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 large radishes, trimmed and cleaned
½ tablespoon chopped fresh chives
½ teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt
Crusty bread, like sourdough or baguette, toasted, for serving

DIRECTIONS

Finely grate radishes using smaller side of box grater. Place into a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel and firmly press out any moisture.
Combine radishes, butter, chives and kosher salt in a medium mixing bowl and fold together until ingredients are evenly distributed, and mixture is smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Spread mixture generously over bread and serve.
Tip: Top with fresh arugula, micro greens, sliced avocado, or tomato. Enjoy!
