Pomegranate Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

8 Ounce Block of cream cheese (softened)

1 ½ Cup Sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)

½ Cup Almonds (chopped)

⅓ Cup Green Onion (sliced)

1 tsp Diamond Crystal Sea Salt

1-1 ½ Cup Pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS

In a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, almonds, and Diamond Crystal Sea Salt. Mix until well combined. Once thoroughly mixed, use your hands to form the mixture into a round ball.

Once formed, place the cheese ball onto a serving plate and begin to press in the pomegranate seeds until the outside of the ball is completely covered.

If prepared in advance, you can wrap the ball in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy, or serve it immediately with your choice of crackers.
