1 cup coconut cream, chilled
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, plus more for garnish
1 frozen banana
½ avocado, pitted and peeled
2 pitted dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt
1½ cups coconut milk or other nondairy milk
¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, divided
Spread half of coconut cream into and around the sides of two serving glasses and set aside.
Combine strawberries, banana, avocado, dates, maple syrup, kosher salt, coconut milk, ⅔ of the freeze-dried strawberries and remaining coconut cream in the pitcher of a blender.
Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Pour smoothie mixture into prepared serving glasses.
Crush remaining freeze-dried strawberries and sprinkle over top of smoothie.
Garnish with additional strawberries and serve.
