Combine honey and baking salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Whip until light, fluffy and pale in color, about 3-5 minutes.
Transfer whipped honey to jar or airtight container and store at room temperature.
Tip: Use whipped, salted honey on cornbread, muffins, toast, pancakes, waffles or any other baked goods of your choice. It also makes a great addition to cheese boards or drizzled over fresh fruit. Enjoy!
